I was referred to Lauren Champ through a friend and had never been to this salon before. I was greeted wonderfully by Lauren and she was great from the start! I told her of a few concerns I had with the last time I got my hair done and she assured me right away that she would do exactly what I wanted and she did. My blonde hair looks fantastic and I really enjoyed talking with her while she did my high lights....I could not be happier! I highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at the Spa at River Ridge! From the minute I entered the building until I left, each individual working there made every effort to make my visit enjoyable to provide excellent service.
