I have visited and used day spas all over the world, from Argentina to China,Europe to Australia, so i beleive I am qualified to make the following statements Your physical plant is beautiful , serene and very well appointed. Staff is very courteous , friendly and knowledgeable. Your products are good and well known, I bought severals. Facial was slightly above average and waxing treatments very good and thorough. Callie did a great, quick job fixing a few nails after they started taking peeling.
My daughter received two additional charges without them being disclosed prior to receiving the services. It was only when I called and asked directly that I was told of the two charges, both of which she was not informed of. The manager refunded one charge but declined to refund the second charge because, of course, she was told that my daughter had been informed of it. Manager interrupted me and spoke over me as I attempted to explain my concern. Shoddy customer service, at best.

I was under the impression that my regular stylist would be available since I received the alerts on my phone and by e-mail. She was not, and there was a substitute. The cut has been difficult to style, and color quite different and much too light. She was a very nice person, however.
Such a bad experience and it was for my daughter's 16 Birthday also. Should have known when we get there something was wrong, as it started bad right away. First, the told us the reservation was cancelled, which we never did, so not sure where that came from. Then, they rushed us out of there cause it got to be close to closing time, 1. Received shellac nail service as a present for my birthday. It was my first time coming to the spa at riverridge. The spa itself is gorgeous. Nail technician herself was very polite and easy to talk to. I had French shellac done on my nails. She cleaned my cuticles dry. I've had it done both ways before: dry and wet manicure before applying shellac nail polish. Jackie Clark was Extremely rude to her intern she had and I felt so uncomfortable because the intern was so nice. I didn't feel like I was able to relax. I hope she changed her attitude and has become kinder.
