Very please for the first time coming here. I was so thrilled that they were booking massages online when the ban was lifted for Ohio. I booked the soonest I could which was tonight at 7. The minute I walked in they were so pleasant even with all the new precautions they had to place with Covid. I had Tiffany who was my massage therapist for the 90 minute session. I am so glad that the Spa owner, Peigi Fisher-Hanson put so much thought and effort into keeping both the employees and customers safe. With my services today, I feel like a "new woman".
My stylist, Peigi Fisher Hanson (who is the owner of the Spa), has done my hair for more than 35 years. The service is friendly, and the expertise of all of the Spa employees is exceptional. As far as I am concerned, The Spa at River Ridge is the best full-service spa in Columbus. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

The Spa at River Ridge has once again exceeded the bar and has set a standard few other Spas can attain. Details make the difference. From the addition of foot openers on both the main doors to the wellness center upon entering, Peigi and the entire staff is clearly safety conscious in this difficult time.
