She is always on time and keeps the appointment running smoothly without ever feeling rushed or hurried. She also makes sure you are happy with the service at the end. You've got a gem with Sam. My stylist, Jayne, is amazing. I have been coming to her for a couple of years now. She is a skilled stylist who is able to target my needs and wants with both grace and professionalism. I enjoy my time in her chair. However, I always feel like I am attacked when I walk in the salon. The front desk hovers and you are asked the same questions by multiple staff. I never feel like I am allowed to have a leisurely, relaxed time. I enjoy getting my own coffee and selecting new things to try from your tea/coffee offerings.... read more
