Dr. Wade and his staff are so friendly and calming, making my son's first experience with orthodontics a great one. Plus, I feel like I always know where we stand in the process, and I have seen fast progress. My son is in his first phase, having had a palate expander and finishing up with braces. Dr. Wade and his staff are very professional and have excellent customer service. Dr Wade has been taking care of my children for years. Karen the receptionist is always friendly, patient and welcoming. She remembers details about our family and is the best receptionist medical office staff employee I have ever met.
