We've never had a bad experience with Dr. Wade or any of the staff. Polite, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Our daughter has been through her process of orthodontics and now we are starting with two of our sons and I am sure our last son won't be far behind. My daughter Rachel had braces put on about 4.5 years ago there. We just finished our last follow up appointment. The whole experience was great. The staff is very pleasant and professional. We never had a long wait. There were many times Dr. Wade talked to us himself after an appointment also.
