My daughter had to get braces at the age of 7 due to genetically missing permanent teeth. It was always explained to me what was happening and why. Everyone is genuinely friendly and seem to love what they do. I was initially nervous about going in for a consultation for braces as I’m an adult, and expected to be surrounded by tweens and teens, but the staff made me feel very cared for and welcomed. Terry talked with me about my life and my day and joked to keep things light while getting my initial pictures/xrays/information. Dr. Wade saw me in a timely manner and explained everything that he saw, and listed to everything I wanted to accomplish.
