Very displeased with my awning. It retracts automatically and I reported this problem over a year ago. The company essentially ignores my phone calls and when a service technician does come, they seem inexperienced and unable to solve the problem. Last week, a company representative said he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me with a course of action solving the problem. That didn't happen, No response as usual. The customer gets blown away. Meanwhile the awning keeps retracting.

You were over one month late with our awning, and promised our windscreen at the same time. The windscreen never arrived. Now we're told that it did arrive 3 weeks ago, but you won't return our calls to tell us when you're going to install it. We assume that you actually don't have it, and you probably never submitted our order to begin with for the windscreen. The initial appointment was very informative and the dealer very personable. The gentlemen that installed the awning were very caring, first off , with the corona virus consideration. They were very efficient and quick with installation. They were very informative as to directions of use and warranty. Thank you to All. Hopeful we will be able to use it before too long.

Great 2 man crew. Arrived early. I watched the install. The men worked together and finished within an hour. After install they explained how to operate the unit and gave me paperwork with contact numbers in case there were any issues. Very satisfied!!
