We love our awning! We had some delivery issues but Tiffany went above and beyond to get the awning to us. Chad was great installing the awning. We highly recommend the awning and Weather Armour!

I’m really pleased but I text the seller about a couple of things that needed taken care of and have not received a response.
Very displeased with my awning. It retracts automatically and I reported this problem over a year ago. The company essentially ignores my phone calls and when a service technician does come, they seem inexperienced and unable to solve the problem. Last week, a company representative said he would contact the manufacturer and get back to me with a course of action solving the problem. That didn't happen, No response as usual. The customer gets blown away. Meanwhile the awning keeps retracting.
You were over one month late with our awning, and promised our windscreen at the same time. The windscreen never arrived. Now we're told that it did arrive 3 weeks ago, but you won't return our calls to tell us when you're going to install it. We assume that you actually don't have it, and you probably never submitted our order to begin with for the windscreen. The initial appointment was very informative and the dealer very personable. The gentlemen that installed the awning were very caring, first off , with the corona virus consideration. They were very efficient and quick with installation. They were very informative as to directions of use and warranty. Thank you to All. Hopeful we will be able to use it before too long.
Excellent service from calling to place an order to installation! Great customer service.
Great 2 man crew. Arrived early. I watched the install. The men worked together and finished within an hour. After install they explained how to operate the unit and gave me paperwork with contact numbers in case there were any issues. Very satisfied!!
