Great awning!!!
The installation was completed except for the back splash. Have not heard when it will come in. It seems not to be the same quality as the previous awning was. Had the tech out to adjust, to be honest not liking this awning for how much it cost.

The salesman, Jordan, was either very poorly trained or he purposely misinformed us. We agreed to purchase a motorized shade rather than a manual shade because he told us with the motorized shade we would also receive a manual crank in case we ever lost power. We DID NOT receive a manual crank and were told after the fact that it was not available. The shade material is very lightweight and blows around with the slightest breeze. I talked to a customer service person at Weather Armor at 614-795-4800 number today and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED about him not willing to come to our house to give an estimate WITH A MASK. He said that they do NOT wear mask outside even for the customers' request and asked me to call again when I am comfortable with them coming without a mask. We ordered a Sunsetter brand awning and a windscreen product from a company in Canada. There was a delay of about a month with the Sunsetter awning for arrival and installation. However, the windscreen was to be installed at the same time. Weather Armor went ahead and installed the awning since we didn't want to continue to wait, and assured us the windscreen was only a few extra days out. Chad called that he could be here early. Explained and showed how to use the awning and shade. He had to come back a second time as too windy to level. Advised if any questions or concerns to call him and he would be out to see us.
