All were very friendly and professional. Appointment was made in a reasonable amount time and managed very well !!
As has been my experience with WDG for the last 10 years… everything was on time… on point… not rushed and I felt comfortable safe and cared for. That’s a lot for a dental practice to achieve. Their kindness and professionalism is consistently remarkable.
It's always a good day when I see my dentist, Dr. Sarle and my technician as well as his assistant, Jasmine. They are a great group! They are always attentive and address my questions and needs. You won't go wrong have Dr. Sarle and group as your dentist!
I love coming to Worthington Dental however, I had a sub for the teething cleaning and she was rather rough. She did not ask me if I had any sensitive areas or concerns. She was NOT like any of the cleaners I had had previously. I loved Dr. Reed. I should have said something to her but did not. We were already into it but I had a sore mouth after and THAT has never happened. It is fine today. I also paid for the inhouse plan and do not know if I ever received any xrays on either time.

An unannounced crown was scheduled and never communicated to me before the appointment... might want to check that first before the patient arrives!
Very helpful in explaining about your organization and the doctor. Dr. Duckworth was an amazing individual. Very caring and just exceptional! Would recommend him to anyone.
We were greeted right away and offered water or coffee which was appreciated, Dillon (sp?correct?) did my xrays and cleaning, felt well taken care of, and Yes, everything was very clean !
