I drove down from Buffalo NY to have my teeth cleaned because NY is still under lock down at this time do to COVD 19. I have Periodontal Disease and need to have my teeth cleaned every 3 months to maintain healthy gums. The Dental Hygienist (Amber Tucker) did a very thorough job cleaning and going over every step with me in advance of doing it. From measuring my bone loss to the actual cleaning. I was very nervous heading into this appointment. Additionally, the pain I was in was excruciating. Each person that I encountered put my fears to rest and while the pain persisted, I felt confident that it was a priority of the doctors.
