Appreciate the hygienist Payton who did a fine job. Was disappointed in the Dentist though. We had recent X-rays at another ofc and couldn’t do X-rays at Anthony this time. My hopes were to re-establish our customer-dentist relationship but Katelyn Flowers had an attitude with my wife and my son. My wife had simply asked about holistic dentistry and if there were any options there for that-st Anthony and Katelyn made it an issue with her stating “ maybe I’m not a good fit for you”. While I can appreciate not being asked questions while the hygienist is cleaning my teeth, I didn’t appreciate the extended conversation between my dentist and the hygienist. I considered it very unprofessional and felt invisible. Once again, I appreciate not being asked question while work is being done, I didn’t appreciate having to listen to their extended conversation. Not sure who my previous appointment dentist was, but appreciated her professionalism.

The cleanings are very good but usually go elsewhere for dental service.

I had a hygienist that I never had before - I asked not to have her again. She sort. Of stumbled her way through. She didn’t bother to rinse my mouth until she was done with everything. I have some dry mouth anyway, so that didn’t help. I just was not happy at all. I had to rinse my mouth when I got home.. I asked her to rinse it again. That didn’t help. I gave up. I was just unhappy when I was done. I’m so sorry - I am not a complainer!!!! Thanks for listening!!

I’ve never had a dental emergency but on Saturday, I had a tooth crack in half, down to the gum and it was still attached but very loose. I was a little freaked out and it was painful to even touch and I didn’t know what to do. I called the office and left a message. Dr. Dave called me within 15 minutes and calmed me down and we discussed a plan to get me through the weekend. I typically have a great experience here. Today my hygienist was 20 minutes past my appointment. Once I got into the room, it was easy to understand why she running late. Talks too much and unorganized. At first she said I didn’t need X-rays. Half way through the cleaning she decided I needed a panorama X-ray and stopped the cleaning to take me to another room to complete it. Hygienist was good. I would rather not see the dentist that checked me again. This is the 2nd time he has checked me, and if he was the only dentist in this practice, I would change dentists.
