Charged me for doing nothing and then told me to go somewhere else. Evil people. I walked out of there feeling taken advantage of and violated.

Our last visit we decided to leave after years of great service. We didn’t change our insurance coverage but all of a sudden we were having to pay for services we didn’t pay before. That is when were billed more than expected for dental work and found your insurance provider was changed which effected our coverage therefore we found another dentist to meet our needs

Everything was great until I went to check out and there was a $60 charge. I thought I was in for a regular cleaning and check up which insurance had always covered but it was called something different. There was no difference in what was done and any other cleaning I've had in the past. I scheduled another appointment but I'm looking into other options that my insurance will cover and there are no added charges.

Frankly it was so disappointing that I am hesitant to even begin. I was told I needed over $7000.00 worth of dental work right away. I explained I had health issues that kept me from working as well being able to drive to my dentist in Columbus. I did the ugly cry in the office twice. I went more than once. I missed an appointment, my fault work an off shift and overslept. And thenwas sent a bill for missing the appointment. Which I understand has become a common practice for doctor and dentist to do these days. Like they aren't expensive enough. But usually, it's a inconvenience fee of $ 65 - 75. Not here the bill was for $233. Outrageous. You will eventually get your $233 dollars but have lost a patient for good

Allow parents to be involved in their childs dental procedures and visits and not punish all parents for one parents ignorance
