Not the best we had when we compared to previous visits. We waiting almost 30 mins before we were called in, and we had an appointment and checked in 5 mins before appointment

As always, Dr. Brenda was perfect! She filled 2 teeth and put my bridge back in. But whomever the girl that put my fillings in - was not very good. She nearly drowned me when rinsing my mouth. She wasn’t getting the water sucked up fast enough. She was fumbling trying to do 2 things at one time.

I had the most unusual experience today with both my hygentist and dentist. I did not catch either one's name and for that I apologize. I had a male hygentist- the new tool that was used can only be described as power washing my teeth. As he was power washing my teeth, my face was continuously being sprayed with the water that was being blasted off my teeth.. While I can appreciate not being asked questions while the hygienist is cleaning my teeth, I didn’t appreciate the extended conversation between my dentist and the hygienist. I considered it very unprofessional and felt invisible. Once again, I appreciate not being asked question while work is being done, I didn’t appreciate having to listen to their extended conversation. Not sure who my previous appointment dentist was, but appreciated her professionalism.

I had a hygienist that I never had before - I asked not to have her again. She sort. Of stumbled her way through. She didn’t bother to rinse my mouth until she was done with everything. I have some dry mouth anyway, so that didn’t help. I just was not happy at all. I had to rinse my mouth when I got home.. I asked her to rinse it again. That didn’t help. I gave up. I was just unhappy when I was done. I’m so sorry - I am not a complainer!!!! Thanks for listening!!
