I’ve never had a dental emergency but on Saturday, I had a tooth crack in half, down to the gum and it was still attached but very loose. I was a little freaked out and it was painful to even touch and I didn’t know what to do. I called the office and left a message. Dr. Dave called me within 15 minutes and calmed me down and we discussed a plan to get me through the weekend. I typically have a great experience here. Today my hygienist was 20 minutes past my appointment. Once I got into the room, it was easy to understand why she running late. Talks too much and unorganized. At first she said I didn’t need X-rays. Half way through the cleaning she decided I needed a panorama X-ray and stopped the cleaning to take me to another room to complete it. Hygienist was good. I would rather not see the dentist that checked me again. This is the 2nd time he has checked me, and if he was the only dentist in this practice, I would change dentists.

Went in feeling like a tooth was infected after 9 days of pain ,they take x-rays to send me to New Albany to get more x-rays and that's NOT till Tuesday of next week , yes 6 days from now.

I was not happy that I was the first person there for my 4:00 appt. But the 4 people that came in after me that also had 4:00 appts were called back before I was. Evidently it is not first available hygienists but scheduled with one. This does not seem fair.
