Prompt good work excellent serviceman very expensive
I would like to update this review. The dispute over pricing was resolved to our satisfaction by Capps today. To be clear the quality of the work done by the plumber was never in question. The plumber was courteous and professional. ****Had them out yesterday and while the work done was fine pricing was not. We needed additional work and a price was quoted that we agree to, when all was done the final price was more that what was quoted. Spoke to them today refused any resolution. I've been dealing with Capps for over twenty years. Service is excellent, Reps know what they're doing and are always professional and concerned about getting the job done right. Highly recommended.
The quaility of work was excellent. The set-up and clean up were excellent. They were not the cheapest but hey were fully insured, knew what they were doing, clean, professional, knowledgeable and we felt safe using them. I am sure we could have found cheaper plumbers but having the job done properly at a fair and honest price was more important to us. We know their work will not have to be re-done! Your prompt service is greatly appreciated. Through the last few years you have replaced the sewer line, sump pump and backup pump, and I know if I call you with a problem, large or small, you respond quickly and the work is completed efficiently by knowledgeable employees.
Capps has done good work for us--every plumbing problem we have had over the last few years. They come promptly to our home when we call them. Their technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Several years ago, when our sump pump failed, they came to the rescue and replaced it. They referred us to a good company to clean up the flooded mess in our basement. When the new sump pump failed while still under warranty, they promptly replaced it at no charge to us.
