This company is really great, they know what they are doing and they take the time to explain everything, there plumbers are very knowledable, the owner is awesome as i have met him on jobsites multiple times, prices are in line and i can't praise them enough, Thanx guys!!!!

I asked my Property Manager is she could suggest any plumbers to help me with a shower leak.. One of the company names that she gave me was Capps, so I called them out. They were very friendly and were out within an hour and got the issue repaired quickly. They cleaned everything up nicely when they were done too. I will definitely be saving their business card in case I ever need help again!

Have used Capp's Plumbing 4 times in the past year in situations ranging from an emergency to preventive maintenance and sump pump installation. In every case the plumbers were on time, wore booties over their shoes, completed the job in proper fashion, used quality products and left the work area clean. We called Capps to install a kitchen faucet. They promised a 9-12 appt. Then they called and said they were behind and they would let us know when a plumber was on his way. Then they called and said he was delayed. All we got was the run a round and no service. We spent a whole day with lousy customer service.

They installed gutters on building and left a "level" drain guard, went out after storms it had water sitting in it! Don't think that will drain away from building.

These people WAY overcharge for what they do, I mean 4 or 5 times what other services do. Hold onto your wallet when they arrive!

7 visits for an ejector pump. It never got fixed and they kept wanting us to pay for big repairs. When we pressed the issue not being solved the owner screamed at us for 20 minutes. They wanted $5k and we solved the issue for $250 with another plumber. Do not waste your time or money.

Capps Plumbing & Sewer, you do not provide service as expected and you do not value your current or potential customers. Today you have big account and tomorrow you do not, we are all replaceable in corporate America. Your behavior of telling someone a customer told you is disgusting, you are like a little gossip kid in a school playground. Spent 441 to "diagnosis" and left with no water, and a sink Starting this with a little background. In July 2023 I called Capps for a leak behind one of the toilets in my condo. After their visit they convinced me that I needed to replace 3 of the angle stops (water supply cut off handles) and that I should just buy all new toilets instead of fixing the supply line to the one leaking.
