called Capps plumbing because we had a problem with our water heater. someone was sent out within the hour. service completed within a couple hours. guys cleaned up after themselves & more, and we felt that they were very professional. Anthony O was our service tech and he was wonderful! would 100% use Capps plumbing for any of our future needs. highly recommend this family business!

Our water heater tank started leaking heavily in the furnace room spilling out to the carpeted area. The shut off valve was not fully stopping the water. Called Capps, Jimmy and another employee came out on an emergency basis and replaced the water heater. They were very polite, explained everything, had all the supplied required on their truck, worked clean, and left no mess. While they were there I asked about a floor drain I needed rodding and they took care of it. I would highly recommend.

Reuben cane out for a emergency call and he was great. He was very nice and polite and I've never seen someone work so hard to solve the problem and to correct it. Reuben deserves a raise hes worth every penny they pay him. A pipe in our garage was leaking from the furnace room above. Anthony O. showed up and knew exactly what the issue was after we explained what had been going on. He and his partner were friendly, fast, clean, efficient and worked great together to fix the issue. Highly recommend Capps for any plumbing issues you may have.

I've had two emergency plumbing calls in the past week. In each case the tech from Capps was here almost instantly and demonstrated the apex of customer service. I'm doing some renovations over the coming months and will definitely be requesting Kyle and Tristan for the watery bits!

I just had a plumber out and he did a great job. I was having issues with my toilet wobbling for two years. It turned out it was never installed properly. I’ll definitely be using Capps again when the need arises!
