Wanted to send a BIG Thank you out to Tristan and his colleagues at Capps Plumbing. We had a sewage pump problem that was threatening the enjoyment of our treasured finished basement (aka mancave). I called Capps this morning and they sent Tristan out to address the problem by noon! He was attentive, knowledgeable and his expertise did the trick! Thank you Tristan to you and the Capps team.

I had called around and got some price quotes for a battery backup sump pump. I checked ratings and read the different reviews of each of my companies that were local to the Palatine area. I had chosen Capps or two other companies to with. While I was calling around my basement floor drain started flooding small amounts of toilet water so using the wash machine was out of the question because the drainage from the machine had nowhere to go. We had a clogged master shower which backed up to the master tub as well. Capps was responsive in coming out quickly. Tristan was great. He took the time to rod out properly, was extremely friendly and personable. Everything now works much better than before the clog happened. Tristan cleaned up everything. He then spent more time helping diagnose my washing machine trouble as well. I highly recommend Capps. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews except when the service is truly exceptional. The other guys couldn't get our line clear. We called Capps and they sent cowboy boots a Southern accent and the guy with the skills and dedication to retrieve the other guys equipment and free our line. I don't know where they found Brent but he is competent, clean and takes the time to explain the problem and the process of properly fixing it

I was very happy with Capp Plumbing with their fast response to my broken water heater. I was also very happy that they repaired, at no charge to me, some slight damage to a wall during installation of the water heater. The men were kind and professional through the whole process. The water heater works great and has an upgrade to the valves that were there originally- so future problems would be less likely. A special thank you to Joe who I enjoyed talking with.

I like Capps not only personally but professionally. They are competent, honest, kind, and they get the job done. They are not only our go-to company for our homeowner's association but Anthony and Michael were at my place today for a plumbing emergency and did an excellent job. I also like that they check in and send a picture of the technician. Thank you.

Erick called before coming. We received an email with his picture before he arrived. He wore a mask the whole time. Prepared us for worse case scenario. Then was able to fix without anything major. He was very quick, professional, and courteous. Everything was cleaned up when he left. This is our second experience with CAPPS. We will use them again.

We needed the men's bathroom at our business checked out. I called and set up an appointment - they came faster than we though they would. Our Service Tech - Dinny was so good! We thought he was very thorough and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He cleaned up when he was done and it looked better than when he arrrived. I will be using them if I ever have a problem at home!
