RecommendedHave used Capps several times and have always had a positive experience. Had a plumbing emergency today. Called Capps a little after 2:00 PM and a technician arrived in about an hour. Item replaced by 4:00 PM. Tech was very nice, very professional, careful with my carpet, etc. Prices are competitive. Their personnel are always excellent and I would highly recommend Capps.

I contacted Capps to replace a collapsed sewer pipe underneath my basement floor. The company sent me two experienced plumbers who did a thorough job in replacing a 115-year-old sewer line.

Anthony and Casey worked efficiently to get a new water heater installed. They came earlier than expected and also replaced a corroded valve that was hidden from sight. Highly recommend Capps plumbing and I hope you’ll be lucky enough to get the team that I had.

I had an emergency plumbing situation and CAPPS came late into the evening and saved the day. They were professional and kind. I especially appreciated being informed consistently on the technician’s location, timing of arrival, etc. I was impressed but how quickly my situation (thankfully!!!!) was resolved!!!!!

This is now my second time using CAPPS. They were professional, made fair recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service provided. They are not the cheapest option, but when it comes with water management in my home, I want the best, not the cheapest and I trust CAPPS.
