Ms. Kristy with Dr. Amsterdam is always a pleasure. Check out was okay. I noticed that when my appointment was being scheduled, I was asked if the date and time was okay and as I was thinking, I noticed that the receptionist sighed s if I was taking too long. I was thinking about the date because I’m training two new employees and I didn’t want my appointment to conflict with their schedule. That was my only not pleasant experience. Very caring staff. I went to the Essex location for many years so I was a little hesitant to try to the new location, but I am pleased.

First I have to give the Caring Dental office 1 star. Dr. Amsterdam I give 5 stars. I called the office Friday morning and told them I had just broke a tooth. They asked if I was in pain and I said no (not yet anyway) they told me that they could not see me that day they did not have an assistant. I asked to have my dentist Dr. Amsterdam call me. This doctor asked me if I could be there in two hours, he ended up coming in on his day off and removed half the tooth that broke and put in a temporary filling. While I was at ... read more

Dr. Jake and his assistant Mel were awesome! I dreaded the 2 1/2 hour appointment for a crown, but they made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jake and the team at Caring Dental to everyone.
