Appointment was prompt and the cleaning was done well. However, the billing system needs to be improved. Statements should be issued by mail or electronically.

Always a great experience. Christie and Dr. Amsterdam are old friends. Give great advice. Office people were very courteous and showed me into and out of the back door when I parked in the wrong place so that I was spared going around the whole building. I do find it confusing to find the new office entrance with GPS.

Ms. Kristy with Dr. Amsterdam is always a pleasure. Check out was okay. I noticed that when my appointment was being scheduled, I was asked if the date and time was okay and as I was thinking, I noticed that the receptionist sighed s if I was taking too long. I was thinking about the date because I’m training two new employees and I didn’t want my appointment to conflict with their schedule. That was my only not pleasant experience.
