Dr. Steve Smith and Assistant Christy were kind, informative and put my comfort with the process as their #1 priority! I am anxious enough about dental work in general, but this was my first root canal and I had to have 2! I could do without the "cold" water/air test but understand it was necessary. As i explained to Dr. Smith the whole procedure was a "non-event" from the beginning. I was comfortable, pain-free, and informed through the entire process. I couldn't take any sympathy from my co-workers because there was nothing to be sorry about! Thanks so much, while I hope I don't have to, I would come back in a minute without any anxiety for another procedure.

My 11 year old son was referred on a Wednesday to an Endodontist for a root canal. We called the provider our General Dentist originally referred him too, but he couldn’t get in for at least a month. We called a couple of other providers we were given, same result. Then I called Central Ohio Endodontics and they got him in the very next day. The staff was great and easy to work with. Dr. Smith is extremely professional, very experienced, and kept me calm during the procedure today...and I'm not the easiest patient ;) This is the second root canal I've had done by him, and he did a great job. He even managed to fit me in right away! Thank you Dr. Smith!

I was overly impressed with the professionalism and quality of treatment... I had heard all the horror stories about root canals... but my experience was surprisingly pleasant despite a complicated procedure with an infected molar.
