RecommendedDr. Steven Smith was awesome! He came in on a day off to do my root canal. My tooth was killing me. He did an awesome job in a short amount of time! No pain during the procedure or after! His staff was excellent! As a physician I would highly recommend him to any one of my patients!
I'm one of those people who get anxious about a dental cleaning, so you can imagine how I felt about a root canal. The great customer service started on the phone when I called to make the appointment. They made sure I understood the process and helped me understand my insurance. I couldn't have been more happier if I'd been a hog in a mud hole. They could have served Budweiser and chips, whiskey and 7up or popcorn. I felt like a King in my own court. They treated me so good that I think I will go back and have another root canal just for the fun of it. Love em' and their staff.
Dr. Smith has done 2 of my root canals and I can honestly say it was a great experience! Both procedures were painless, quick and he took the time to explain everything he was going to do. I love that COE genuinely cares about their patients and will get you in ASAP. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
Unfortunately, I'm no stranger to dental work. This was my sixth root canal (not joking) and Dr. Webster was the best!!! The staff were friendly and got me in sooner than my previously scheduled appointment because of the infection/pain. Dr. Webster was down to earth, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. Pretty sure he's my hero. I forget his assistant's name, but she was friendly and wonderful, as well. While getting a root canal is NOT really high on my "fun things to do" list, I was amazed at how simple the process was at COE. Dr. Arens was awesome! I was a nervous wreck and he was so calm and reassuring that I was able to relax and enjoy the great 80's play list (he may not have noticed, but he was humming along to the music the whole time!) because who doesn't love some good 80's music every now and then! They are awesome! Would definitely recommend them to anyone nervous about dental issues.
No one wants to have this kind of work done (root canal), but if you do need one, I highly recommend this practice and particularly Dr. Arens. I was well cared for from start to finish, and even had a nice follow up call.
