Everyone, from designers to installers, at Columbus Bath Design were amazing. The transformation of two bathrooms took only 3 days. And the results are eye-popping!
First, working with Michelle was the best! She has so much experience and patience and we attribute loving our new shower so much to the wonderful way she listened to our needs and then proposed choices and solutions. Then came the day of installation and we had two gentlemen appear with all the goodies to convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower. This is the second bathroom remodel that Columbus Bath Design has completed for us. They are the only bathroom remodeling company who was willing to provide an itemized estimate. They allowed us to tailor the project to exactly what we wanted, including custom tile work on the floors and walls. We have worked with many contractors and they have been one of the most professional and organized. It was a smooth experience from start to finish; highly recommend.

We worked with Brad on the design of our bathroom and he was great to work with. The workmanship is high quality and materials are top of the line. Andy and his team completed the installation in 4 days. It was amazing to watch the progress happen so fast! We love our new bathroom and would highly recommend CBD.

Installed on scheduled date. Great installation. They were on time & completed the same day. They also cleaned up before leaving. Our new walk-in shower is great! We love it. The installers gave us progress reports & involved us for placement of shower head, seat & grab bars.
