We are so in love with our new jetted tub installed by Columbus Bath Design! Even though there were so many choices, the design and planning with Emily was smooth and easy! The installation crew was fast, clean and very professional. The tub works like a dream, and it feels like a high-end spa in our own home. I highly recommend Columbus Bath Design services!

Emily was our consultant and she was very helpful to us in choosing our materials and directing the overall project. She was always there to answer any questions we had along the way. The workers were all very kind and professional. They got in there and got the job done professionally. We had a little hiccup in our wood trim but Emily came through for us and everything turned out great. I thank the whole team for not giving up on us and completing the job to our satisfaction. Working with Michele was very satisfying and we especially appreciated the professionalism and total lack of sales pressure . The men that installed our shower were very professional also and friendly, and the job was completed in one day as we were briefed. We are very satisfied with our new shower and do definitely recommend these folks.

Dorothy and I were very well pleased with the finished product. Relatives and friends were also impressed. Your installers were very helpful in answering questions and providing suggestions. In addition, we were pleased with the promptness in which a minor issue was corrected the following day after it was reported.
