Darrel didn’t push he gave us a very good estimate ( others were $5,000 higher ) told us what to expect with the process and installers . Oh the installers I can’t say enough about them !! What they did in one day !! Clayton is so knowledgeable and the others ( can’t remember their names but all of them were fantastic) . We felt comfortable with them in our home and they went way beyond what they had to to make sure everything was fixed properly even when it wasn’t their job to do . We just remodeled our hallway bathroom and made it a Jack & Jill bathroom (making it an attached from two bedrooms). Working with Michelle, Joey and the entire crew was an absolute pleasure for us. Tub to a standing shower conversion project was started & finished right on time and with very quality materials. The last two weeks was the final planned interior project at our home. 12 years of improvements done! Primary walk in closet. Primary en-suite bathroom and hall bathroom. I couldn’t be happier. Columbus Bath Design was so easy to deal with from the moment they came out to look at our bathroom (which had a huge soaking tub and a separate room for the toilet and a small cubicle shower). Joey and Michelle asked what we wanted and within a few minutes they had a tentative plan. We now have a large spa shower that is accessible and instead of a soaking tub we have a laundry room. Their crew is fabulous to work with, and they made sure we were happy from beginning to end. Can't wait for them to do our next project.

We hired Columbus Bath design to replace our tile shower in our master bath, install wainscoting around a garden tub and tear our a shower/tub combo and install a shower only in a hall bath. The product options were great and they were the only company we could find who respected and appreciated the fact that we didn't want tile. Columbus Bath and Design did a wonderful job replacing a tub and surround in one bathroom and the shower and flooring in our master bath. Michelle and her team were so easy to work with from the beginning to the end our our project. Michelle provided detailed project costs up front (unlike their main local competitor) and the installation team was friendly and fast with years of experience! Anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom should definitely consider Columbus Bath and Design!
