We had such an amazing experience with Columbus Bath Design! This was our first big remodeling project so we had a lot of questions, and Michelle was always willing to answer each one and was incredibly patient as we finalized our proposal. We never felt pressured and she always answered promptly. I really loved working with Columbus Bath Design. Emily was always spot on in her recommendations and Keith and the install group were very careful with our home - they cleaned up every day! Sales rep Emily was very accommodating; provided an itemized estimate which several other companies refused to do. Allowed us to tailor the project to exactly what we wanted, including custom tile work on the floors and walls. Installers were professional, courteous, and punctual. We plan to use them again for a second bathroom remodel.

Columbus Bath Design did an amazing job with my bathroom!!! Michelle was a great designer and their showroom made the design process very easy. Everything was right there to pick from. The cost is very reasonable and Michelle detailed out all the expected charges with no surprises once the project was complete.
