Michelle and Joey worked with us from the beginning and patiently through various iterations to achieve a solid plan and budget. The craftsmanship and attention to detail provided by the installers was excellent. They were timely, clean and professional. We absolutely love the work and are so pleased we chose Columbus Bath Design. I highly recommend!!

Installed on scheduled date. Great installation. They were on time & completed the same day. They also cleaned up before leaving. Our new walk-in shower is great! We love it. The installers gave us progress reports & involved us for placement of shower head, seat & grab bars.

I have been errant in not writing this glowing review about this amazing company. From the beginning, working with Michelle and her team was great. She took time to understand us and helped us through the entire process. But even more importantly, her installation crews were incredible. Unlike most remodelers, these guys came exactly on time and were there the entire day as we were told. Joey and Michelle were extremely helpful in designing a new primary bath layout for us. Joey made choosing the design materials easy and painless! The work was started and completed as scheduled and on time. The installation crew were also wonderful to work with. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Columbus Bath Design!

We had such an amazing experience with Columbus Bath Design! This was our first big remodeling project so we had a lot of questions, and Michelle was always willing to answer each one and was incredibly patient as we finalized our proposal. I really loved working with Columbus Bath Design. Emily was always spot on in her recommendations and Keith and the install group were very careful with our home - they cleaned up every day! Sales rep Emily was very accommodating; provided an itemized estimate which several other companies refused to do. Allowed us to tailor the project to exactly what we wanted, including custom tile work on the floors and walls. Installers were professional, courteous, and punctual. We plan to use them again for a second bathroom remodel.

Columbus Bath Design did an amazing job with my bathroom!!! Michelle was a great designer and their showroom made the design process very easy. Everything was right there to pick from. The cost is very reasonable and Michelle detailed out all the expected charges with no surprises once the project was complete.
