The process was smooth from start to finish. The showroom had a lot of nice designs to choose from. The company met the scheduled installation start date exactly. I was extremely impressed by how quickly the installation was completed. The installers were professional, courteous, and worked very hard while they were at the house, and they cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Columbus Bath Design.

All employees were courteous and cleaned up at the end of everyday. They always asked for my opinion when there was a decision to be made. If I didn’t like something they talked through it with me to come up with an agreeable decision.

Such a fantastic experience! . This company exceeded our expectations from the very beginning to assist us with choices to scheduling and then of course the renovation. We had our new tub and surround installed by Columbus Bath Design. We visited their Polaris showroom and I loved their designs. Michelle assisted us with an in-home visit where we made our final selections. Clayton and Vic did an amazing job with the install in less than 5 hours!! I couldn't be more pleased with the final product and highly recommend them! Thank you for a job well done! I LOVE my new bath!

We are very pleased with the way our master bathroom turned out. The onyx stone is beautiful and very easy to keep clean. Michelle took the time to meet with us several times and helped us choose products and colors. She is knowledgeable but does not push you into any particular choice. The installers were amazing! We were happy with the fact that we got an entire new master bathroom installed in five days. Value is when you get quality at a reasonable price and we felt like we got value with this project.
