We love our new master bathroom! Michelle and her team at Columbus Bath Design are amazing. Michelle's team renovated that bathtub shower surround at my prior home in 2003-ish; and it still looked great when we sold that home in 2021. This time, they renovated the whole master bathroom - bathtub to spa shower, comfort height double sink and toilet, and beautiful finishes. We placed the order in April, with an August 2022 date. Darrel didn’t push he gave us a very good estimate ( others were $5,000 higher ) told us what to expect with the process and installers . Oh the installers I can’t say enough about them !! What they did in one day !! Clayton is so knowledgeable and the others ( can’t remember their names but all of them were fantastic) . We felt comfortable with them in our home and they went way beyond what they had to to make sure everything was fixed properly even when it wasn’t their job to do . We just remodeled our hallway bathroom and made it a Jack & Jill bathroom (making it an attached from two bedrooms). Working with Michelle, Joey and the entire crew was an absolute pleasure for us. The last two weeks was the final planned interior project at our home. 12 years of improvements done! Primary walk in closet. Primary en-suite bathroom and hall bathroom. I couldn’t be happier. Columbus Bath Design was so easy to deal with from the moment they came out to look at our bathroom (which had a huge soaking tub and a separate room for the toilet and a small cubicle shower). Joey and Michelle asked what we wanted and within a few minutes they had a tentative plan. We now have a large spa shower that is accessible and instead of a soaking tub we have a laundry room. Their crew is fabulous to work with, and they made sure we were happy from beginning to end. Can't wait for them to do our next project.
