To start, everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. They made my surgery day so easy and stress free. I am so so happy with the results of my procedure and cannot recommend this office highly enough. Dr Kraft is just the best, he took plenty of time to answer my questions before the surgery and his bedside manner is top notch.

My experience with Dr Kraft and his staff was 100/10 from start to finish! Dr Kraft was very personable, friendly , and professional! Jill in scheduling was just as friendly and professional. By far, my favorite "Nurse Tin" I instantly felt as ease with her. She is also personable, friendly, and professional!!! I texted her directly and let her know she is exactly where she is meant to be, and the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of having in my 48 years of life - in any medical setting! Thank you to your entire team!

Dr. Kraft preformed my implant exchange and lift on one side. I had breast cancer with a lumpectomy several years ago and subsequently had implants. After a recent breast MRI, I found out that both implants had ruptured. I did not want to return to my previous surgeon for multiple reasons, so after a lot of research, I found Dr. Kraft. He is very easy to talk to, listens to your concerns and puts you at ease. His work is outstanding! My previous lift scar was wide and not very attractive. After my explant procedure, that area filled up with fluid and became tight and had a very dark appearance. Dr. Houser immediately diagnosed it as a seroma, a common complication of this type of surgery. I'm very pleased that I chose him for my post breast cancer treatment.
