Dr. Susi performed a root canal on me. He and his assistant were very friendly. He explained everything and made sure I was pain free while doing the procedure. He was very clear about after care. I am not a fan of root canals, but if I ever needed another one, he would be the one to perform the procedure.

Whereas the words "root canal" terrorized me as a child (though I never had one!), my experience with Dr. Susi was incredible -- maybe the best experience I've ever had with dental care (and I usually don't leave the car without Novo-cain!). His friendly manner and careful explanation of everything resulted in not even an aspirin necessary following the procedure. And then the personal follow-up phone call the next day was the icing on the cake! Outstanding! And thanks to the rest of the friendly staff, too.

Very professional. I no longer have an issue with the tooth that was irritating me. My jaw is still a bit sore which I attribute to all of the shots to numb me. I had never experienced a 2.5 hour work session on my teeth. Thanks, Eric
