Friendly, prompt, professional.
Dr. Susi and his team treated me very well. This was my first root canal and Dr. Susi did a fabulous job putting me at ease and answering all of my questions. They dedicated their time to me and weren't rushed. I'm very pleased.
The staff that helped me today went above and beyond. I was in a lot of pain an the young lady who answered the phone squeeze me in today. This dentist was very patient and understanding with me considering I'm a little bit of a wimp when it comes to mouth pain. Thank you ! 😊
Dr. Susi was exceptional. He explained what he was doing as the procedure progressed, and checked on my comfort level throughout the procedure. Dr. Susi took time to explain things to me before and after the procedure. The day following my visit, Dr. Susi personally called me to see how I was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Susi to anyone requiring the care of an endodontist.
Wow!!! What a great experience at a dentist!!! The office staff was absolutely professional and very cordial and welcoming. Dr. Susi was amazing during my first visit. He greeted me with warmth, and quickly got to the root of my problem. I had a bad wisdom tooth. Dr. Susi explained my options; I could elect to have it extracted or I could have a root canal procedure. Dr. Susi and the entire staff were great. I was a little nervous about the procedure but they made me feel very comfortable and did great work. The office was clean, modern and inviting. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Dr. Susi simply put is amazing! After suffering with an extremely painful toothache I was referred to him for a root canal. Dr. Susi was very patient and understanding of my fears (root canal years before gone wrong!). He explain the procedure and continued to ask me throughout if I was doing okay.
