Very caring. Procedure went as planned. Very accommodating. Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Magness called to check on my process the following day. Would highly recommend this group.

I had a root canal before and it was not a good experience from another practice. It was much better with this time with your staff.

The scope of my review of my treatment on August 15 by Dr. Susi has to do with one item only--the position of my head when the temporary filling was put into my tooth. My head was too low. I just am very uncomfortable with my head being that low especially when it seemed to take 5 minutes or more which was way too long for me to be in that position. I had to sit up during the filling procedure to get some relief. Hopefully, I won't be needing another root canal in the future. But if I do, I would be very reluctant to co... read more

The first root canal I've ever had, and it couldn't have gone better (not that I know of, at least.) I was seen right on time and I was barely there even an hour and it was all done. There was absolutely no pain during or after the procedure, the only painful part was getting numbed-up (which is typical, in my experience,) but following that, the doctor just proceeded with his work and before I knew it, I was up and outta there. Not looking forward to any more root canals, but should the need arise, I'll feel more confident ... read more

Dr Susi and staff were absolutely amazingly! My son was referred to the practice by his dentist to have an emergency root canal and Dr. Susi agreed to see my son the same day (after hours) to get the procedure done, which was a blessing. He did a phenomenal job on my son's tooth and there was minimal discomfort. Dr. Susi even wrote up instructions/measurements for our dentist to do the restoration of the tooth and personally called to do a follow-up. No that's great customer service!

Got me in quickly in an emergency. I had a root canal. I needed to go back for pain pills the next day because pain was so intense, nothing would stop it that I was told to take. 2 oxycodone finally took the pain level down quite a bit. Hurts again this morning but at least I have something to take for it.

Dr. Stentz and his assistant, Diane were very professional and made me feel at ease. They made sure I was comfortable and no pain. My only suggestion is that when anyone is taking a break in the break room, they close the door to the room. Their conversation overpowered the music in the room.....I don't think they realized their conversation could be heard. I hope that's a helpful suggestion. :)
