I have not stopped talking about my amazing experience. I will recommend Dr. Haidet to anyone who is feeling nervous, and unsure of what is about to happen. He remained in the room with his assistant the entire time, who was also very professional, and very caring. Both explaining every step of my treatment. My husband, Bryan and I will turn to Columbus Endodontic from now on, if we ever require a Root Canal. Happy New Year!……2022

I have had 2 Root Canals with Dr. Susi now and both times the experience has been excellent. He is very mindful of telling you what he is doing as he works and asked several times if I was doing ok. Dr. Susi is very nice and wonderful conversationalist when waiting out the process of becoming fully numb, in preparation for the procedure. I am still waiting to heal from the 2nd Root Canal but I don't anticipate any issues, as there were no issues with the first one. Dr. Susi does an exceptional job of explaining what issues he has observed, including showing any problem areas on a large screen view of the x-rays. He clearly explains the options for treatment. I have never felt that he was in a hurry to move on and he gives ample opportunity for any questions I might have. His appointments are on time and office personnel are friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend.
