First root canal - I’m 65 yrs old - a lot of years to hear the abomination that is a root canal. My experience was quite different - my doctor was very easy going and attentive to my questions and concerns. I did not feel like I was on an assembly line - I was even able to take a “nature call” break towards the end (like a beer, coffee is the same - just because you bought it, it doesn’t mean you get to keep it). Best Experience EVER!! Who says that about a root canal.....ME!!!! Rocky put me at ease from the moment he greeted me and Dr. Haidet made sure I was doing okay every step of the way!! The care, treatment and experience deserves a 10!!!!! Thank you, Dr. Haidet and Rocky for putting up with my nerves and making this one heck of a good experience!!!! When I first called for appointment, the receptionist was able to quickly find out if my insurance was accepted and covered the visit. Even my insurance company couldn’t confirm. I was warmly welcomed. My wait time was about 10 minutes. They took Covid precautions, which made me feel comfortable. Doctor explained what needed to be done. I was extremely pleased with my visit and would visit again when needed.

I have not stopped talking about my amazing experience. I will recommend Dr. Haidet to anyone who is feeling nervous, and unsure of what is about to happen. He remained in the room with his assistant the entire time, who was also very professional, and very caring. Both explaining every step of my treatment.
