First root canal - I’m 65 yrs old - a lot of years to hear the abomination that is a root canal. My experience was quite different - my doctor was very easy going and attentive to my questions and concerns. I did not feel like I was on an assembly line - I was even able to take a “nature call” break towards the end (like a beer, coffee is the same - just because you bought it, it doesn’t mean you get to keep it). Best Experience EVER!! Who says that about a root canal.....ME!!!! Rocky put me at ease from the moment he greeted me and Dr. Haidet made sure I was doing okay every step of the way!! The care, treatment and experience deserves a 10!!!!! Thank you, Dr. Haidet and Rocky for putting up with my nerves and making this one heck of a good experience!!!! When I first called for appointment, the receptionist was able to quickly find out if my insurance was accepted and covered the visit. Even my insurance company couldn’t confirm. I was warmly welcomed. My wait time was about 10 minutes. They took Covid precautions, which made me feel comfortable. Doctor explained what needed to be done. I was extremely pleased with my visit and would visit again when needed.
