Even though I arrived early, the receptionist was all set up and was very friendly. This is the second time I have been here. It was obvious both times that Dr. Susi wants to ensure the patient's comfort. If something is likely to hurt, he gives you advance notice. He and the assistant worked together very well to get the procedure done efficiently and as quickly as was safe to do a great job. I would definitely recommend this doctor and this practice to others.
This was my first visit and each of the staff that I interacted with was very warm and friendly. I have had several root canals performed elsewhere over the years and knew that my inability to open my mouth very wide and the location of the tooth was going to be problematic. But Dr. Susi is extremely skilled and did an outstanding job! I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Went in for a root canal that my dentist was unable to complete. I appreciated the expertise of Dr. Stentz and his tech, along with their gentle manner, in not only completing the root canal but also repairing a part of the tooth that my dentist had knicked. Since I have TMJ issues I am not always the easiest patient to work on, but they were very patient and allowed me to relax my jaws frequently. The office staff were very friendly and professional. Overall a very positive experience!

Every one was so Courteous from the moment we came through the door. We were greeted very warmly. Rodney introduce himself and I need to read his lips. He pulled his mask dow so I could understand everything he said , when asked to repeat something he was kind. The Receptionist gave me the papers I needed to review and sign. No rush. Got them finished and went right in. The dentist explained everything I needed to know. Very efficient place.

Friendly atmosphere from receptionist to checkout!
I went to Dr Stentz expecting a root canal as suggested by my dentist. After a few tests and X-rays it was determined that was not necessary at this time. Appreciate his time and honesty. Some people would have taken full advantage and done the expensive work anyway.
