I walked in scared and dreading a long potentially painful experience. I walked out with Dr. Susi (yes, the doctor escorts you!) with a big smile on my numbed face and actually said, "You made my day!" The entire staff is friendly, caring, professional, and comforting. Even though I arrived early, the receptionist was all set up and was very friendly. This is the second time I have been here. It was obvious both times that Dr. Susi wants to ensure the patient's comfort. If something is likely to hurt, he gives you advance notice. He and the assistant worked together very well to get the procedure done efficiently and as quickly as was safe to do a great job. I would definitely recommend this doctor and this practice to others.
