All of the staff were very friendly
I was pleased by everyone that works there. It made a visit pleasant. Dr. Susi and his assistant were the best. However it was a root canal.
My experience was great. I was a little nervous but was told everything that was going to be done.
Always top notch- courteous and professional. Rocky, Dr. Haidet.and the clerical staff.
No delays, explained the work, the risks and the benefits. How to care for it after the visit and what to expect. All worked out and they followed up with a call the next day.
My interaction with Dr. Susi was brief, but I was pleased with the outcome. A number of people I know suspect that their dental professionals may be recommending unnecessary work to pad the billing, but that clearly was not the case here. Friendly and helpful staff, procedure was a lot less painful than I was led to believe from my neighbors and friends. Very professional and doctor explained what was going on as he worked on my tooth. Minor discomfort the next day and that faded quickly.
I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. Rocky, the dental assistant was kind and caring. Dr. Haidet’s examination was thorough. I was able to view the results of X-rays taken. We discussed the results in detail.
The dentist and all the staff worked were here Courteous. All questions were answered. I had surgery and felt comfortable the entire time. Not hearing so well and all we’re willing to help me understand by reading their lips. Thank you to all staff.
