Dr. Susi explained what he was going to attempt to do, the risks and the potential outcomes, both good and bad. As a patient, it was a relief to understand exactly what he was going to do and he was very communicative during the procedure. A little sore, as expected, but it was a very good experience.

Once I realized the hinges on my jaws would return to their original intended positions, and the gadgets were all removed the root canal experience was successfully completed. Seriously, all-in-all, Dr. Susi, thank you for completing my root canal and especially for the personal follow up call to check on how I was doing. That was a FIRST and it sincerely meant a lot.
