First time with Columbus Endodontic Specialists. Dr. Haidet and staff were great.
It was my first root canal and I was very happy with the careful and painless way it was done by Dr. Susi.
I'm almost 80 yrs old. Thi s was my first root canal. The procedure went well and though I'd not like to have another, if I do need one this practice is where I would choose to go. All is good this next day.
Everyone treated me with respect and courtesy. My tooth no longer hurts and I am relieved. I was afraid of coming in and learning that I did not need a root canal. Dr. Susi did some tests and I did need one. Felt relieved. Dr. Susi and staff made me feel comfortable and that I was in great hands. Thanks.
Overall, the experience was very good. Since it was my first visit, I understand all the paperwork that I had to complete, but the waiting period to see the doctor was longer than I would have liked
Everyone is friendly, courteous. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Haidet is friendly,patient. All my questions were answered. His assistant was also very helpful and friendly,very professional( alas, I do not remember his name at the moment). Hopefully, I will never need another root canal. But if so, I will be in good hands here.
The Dr and all of the staff that helped me were extremely nice. Very concerned about my well being. Hopefully l won't need anymore root canals,but,if l do l will DEFINITELY come there!
