In short, excellent. Dr. Susi and the staff went above and beyond to take care of my dental emergency. He came in early and preformed a root canal, that was relatively pain free.
The staff is wonderful! They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and answer any questions you may have.
First of all let me say I HATE having any dental work done. I am anxious and fearful the whole time and will put it off until absolutely necessary. I put off having this root canal for 6 months and was in pain the whole time. Finally was referred to Dr Susi and am kicking myself for not doing this sooner. Making the appointment was quick and easy and I didn't have to wait long for it. They took my insurance info over the phone and were able to tell me exactly what my cost would be. Everyone was super friendly and caring. When I let Dr. Susi know that I generally don't get numb he understood. He was able to numb me to where I could not feel a thing. It was wonderful I have never had that...I almost feel asleep during the root canal...lol!
A great staff and even better dentist. I would HIGHLY recommend. Some of the sweetest people. I normally scared of dentist but they made me feel like home. I didn't want to leave lol.

Dr. Susi was able to get me in right away. He was very kind and did a great job! He personally called the next day to see how I was doing, which I appreciated. I'd highly recommend.
