Everyone at the office was amazing. I was so nervous and had so much anxiety but Stacey and Dr. Haidet were wonderful and the anxiety quickly subsided. Very grateful to have been recommended to this office and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Pretty much a painless experience. All the staff was very polite, professional, and efficient. Will go back whenever I need a root canal.
I am not the type of person who normally writes a review. I am making an exception for Dr. Louis Susi. I had a root canal performed at my local dentist's office. After the procedure I still had pain in the tooth. I went back and I was told that a piece of an instrument had broken off and been left inside my tooth. I was told there was nothing they could do for me and they could not remove it. They told me I should seek out an Endodontist. I was not given a referral. Nice clean place with a good location. The staff is pleasant/helpful. It's a calming environment. I have seen both doctors, and found each great and sensitive to my needs. They are dedicated to their work, I would say perfectionists. If you need work done, go here, look no more. :)
Wonderful experience in spite of the circumstances that brought me to the office! The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Susi was terrific. He was very compassionate and very thorough in explaining my circumstance and necessary procedure. I was especially impressed that Dr. Susi himself called to check on me the next day.
