Katie was very helpful and walk me through my daughters next steps. She answered all of my silly questions. The staff made my daughter feel very comfortable and explained everything that was going to happen before they did it. All around great experience.

Outstanding service! From the time you arrive entering the building you are greeted by the receptionist(s)staff who are very professional and concerned about your appointment. Shortly after you’re escorted back by the dental tech who reviews your file for any additional information. Dr. Magness explains the Procedural steps that will take place. Afterwards you are sent home with follow care instructions. You are given a phone number to reach the office if you have any concerns following your treatment.

I feel very fortunate that my Dental assistant referred me to Columbus Endodontics Specialists. This was my first (and last I hope) root canal, and I was kinda nervous. When I called for an appointment Katie spent enough time to help me with scheduling and answering my insurance questions and I believe she went above and beyond the norm.
