I experienced my first ever root canal at the age of 55. Dr Susi spent time beforehand explaining the procedure and steps to take away a bit of my anxiety. It went smoothly with minimal discomfort. I was very pleased with the staff and overall experience. Would recommend Columbus Endodontics to anyone!
My experience at Westerville Endodontic Specialists was great. I went in for a root canal and was a little apprehensive but was put at ease quickly by Dr. Susi. The people who checked me in and out were very friendly along with the person (I apologize I don’t remember her name because she was great throughout the process)who assisted Dr. Susi. I was a new patient with a dental emergency. The practice got me in right away and the entire experience was great. Office staff and medical staff were, polite, friendly, and professional.
Dr Susi and his staff were professional and courteous. The appointment referral was easy to create and the appointment was on time. Dr Susi performed a root canal on a throbbing tooth that was infected. He kept me informed during the process and provided a strong antibiotic which relieved the remaining pain in 7 days.
