I was able to be seen several days before my appointment due to a cancellation. My whole experience was exceptional! The front desk person was welcoming and friendly. The person who took my X-rays was caring and kind. Doctor Stentz listened to my concerns and diligently performed all kinds of tests to find the root of my tooth pain. Overall, I had the most positive experience! I highly recommend this office!
Dr Olson was great, explained what was needed and made me feel comfortable.
Nothing but professionalism exhibited by not only the doctor but also the staff. Would recommend Dr. Susi to anyone needing a root canal. He sent me home with an After Completion of Endodontic Therapy sheet. I took the recommended over the counter medications for pain for 24 hours and that's all I needed. Well done, Dr. Susi!
From the first person who greeted me at the front desk everyone was pleasant, polite, prepared, competent and helpful. Dr. Stentz and his most able assistant, Diane, assessed my situation, explained my options and before I knew it I was on my way home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Explain procedure ver thoroughly. No pain at all during procedure. Dr. Susi and Hannah were great. The check-in experience was very smooth. Over all great experience.

My appointment occurred on time and I was promptly examined. I engaged in thoughtful and constructive dialogue with my endodontist regarding my diagnosis.. Even though my tooth was unable to be saved, he helped point me in the right direction. I appreciate the honest and insightful assessment.
Professionalism was off the chart. Biggest thing for me was no pain. Great job
