To say that I was scared of this procedure would be a gross understatement. I was terrified. Thanks to Dr. Magness' patience, kindness and total explanation of what was to be done, it helped me with the procedure. He checked me continually to make sure that I was in no pain and that I was "holding up" with no problems. His goal was not only to solve my dental issue, but to make sure that I was doing well during the whole procedure. He was great!

The "dreaded" root canal event came and went, and it was really no big deal, mainly due to the skill and caring approach shown by this practice. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable, and calmness pervaded the entire practice. The entire process was explained in detail so I knew what to expect. If you need endodontic work this is the place to go!

I had a root canal on 9-22-22 and must admit I was super nervous and anxious; Age, Type 2 diabetic, and Heart problem, but Dr Susi had such a calming effect I became completely relaxed. I'm sorry I missed his follow-up call and want to thank him now, that was super nice and very caring. I was ecstatic that I had no pain, because lack of staff at the pharmacy I didn't get my pain meds until after 8pm by that time the numbness had completely worn off and I didn't know what to expect but I had no pain at All just a very dull ... read more

I had a procedure that I anticipated to make me anxious. Medication with a calm and patient staff really got me through the procedure. Dr. Susi has treated me in the past and I really appreciate his " chair-side" manner. I'm a day out recovering and doing feeling than I expected!
