I had a root canal on 9-22-22 and must admit I was super nervous and anxious; Age, Type 2 diabetic, and Heart problem, but Dr Susi had such a calming effect I became completely relaxed. I'm sorry I missed his follow-up call and want to thank him now, that was super nice and very caring. I was ecstatic that I had no pain, because lack of staff at the pharmacy I didn't get my pain meds until after 8pm by that time the numbness had completely worn off and I didn't know what to expect but I had no pain at All just a very dull ... read more
I had a procedure that I anticipated to make me anxious. Medication with a calm and patient staff really got me through the procedure. Dr. Susi has treated me in the past and I really appreciate his " chair-side" manner. I'm a day out recovering and doing feeling than I expected!
This was a great experience! Dr. Susi and his staff were genuinely interested in my care. He was very thorough in explaining the steps he was taking to complete my root canal. I would highly recommend Dr. Susi and his staff!
I went to Columbus Endodontics Specialists from my Dentists recommendation, to have 2 root canals done. Now everyone will cringe when that word root canal comes up, but if I can say, it was very professional by Dr. Susi, and his assistant, Hanna, and not painful, or using a jackhammer, to the contrary, I would recommend their practice for any dental problem, Thank You, Elmo Sherman
The support staff was very considerate and professional. Dr. Susi took the time to explain the cause of my pain, the root canal treatment and the healing process.
Dr was very nice and attentive. Dr listened to me if I had a question or was uncomfortable and had a solution to fix the problem

The moment you walk in you are greeted with a very kind and thoughtful young lady at the reception desk. Then Meg took me back and explained everything throughly and made me feel at ease. And lastly, Dr. Susi is wonderful. He takes his time in making sure everything feels right and answers any questions you may have. Your truly in wonderful and professional hands.
As usual, Dr Susi checked out my concern and explained his findings/thoughts regarding my concern. He will also send a note to my dentist. Overall, good outcome!
