The office gave me an earlier appointment that was scheduled. Very much appreciated! The staff was most courteous. Dr Stentz was great and his nurse Diane was calming and caring.
Dr. Susi was kind enough to stay late and fit me in the schedule when I had to have an emergency root canal while I was in Ohio visiting from out of state. He called me the next day to check on me and see how I was doing. The staff is also very friendly in the office! Thank you!!
Excellent care!!! Dr. Susi explained the process of a root canal (this was my first root canal); was patient with me when I was hesitant that I might not be numb enough and did a small test to ensure that I was (I was). The whole procedure went very well and was painless except for a few seconds while I was injected with the numbing solution. I also appreciated (and was surprised) when Dr. Susi himself called me two days later to see how I was doing (very well).
I wasn't sure I needed a root canal but Dr. Stentz showed me the X-ray and explained that it was indeed necessary. The procedure was outstanding. I was very impressed with the the skills of both this fine endodontist and his fine assistant. I could not have been more pleased.
Scheduled me very quickly and saw me on time. Very efficient process, painless, and explained everything very well. I have no reservations about contacting Dr. Susi again if the need arises.
Everything was clearly explained. Any concerns or questions were addressed. The treatment appears to have resolved the problem.
I am so happy my dentist sent me to you guys. I have been having dental problems for three or four years and I think I am finally out of the woods........at least for now:)
