The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I was impressed with quality of service I received. The doctor did a great job of explaining what was going on with my tooth. I would highly recommend Columbus Endodontic Specialists.
I had a root canal today 3/5/21 performed by Dr. Stentz. This was by far the best experience I have had with this type of procedure! I was comfortable the entire visit from when I came into the front door and greeted by your personable staff to when I was taken to the procedure room. The office is bright and has a truly welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Stentz took his time with me and thoroughly answered my questions. Dr Haidet and Rocky were thoughtful, personable yet professional , and made my root canal as easy as it could be. Such care as I have never experienced before in preparing my mouth for the procedure. I had no pain during or for several hours after the procedure. I phoned the office for pain medication the next day and the doctor was accommodating in a timely fashion.
Everyone was great and I’m grateful to have been accompanied as a new patriots on short notice. Painless and quickly done. Good explanations and plenty of opportunity for questions
The doctor explained everything he was going to do before he did it and asked me frequently during the procedure if I was okay.
Firstly, the office staff was very courteous and professional. They also practiced Social distancing and cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces and wearing mask. Then Dr Susi and the hygentist (unsure of her name), were prompt, explained everything thoroughly and was very patient and professional. Overall, great experience and so would definitely recommend this practice.
Most pain free root canal ever. I almost fell asleep during.
I had to go in for a retreat of a root canal and was pretty anxious about it but the whole team was great. Dr. Susi made sure I was comfortable and explained everything very well. He called to follow up with me the day which was very nice. I would highly recommend!
