The staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Susi has a kind and calming approach to a stressful procedure such as a root canal. He had a teachable approach by showing me my problem on the TV screen and keeping me informed of the step by step procedure.
This was my first root canal so I was very nervous. But the staff and doctor were fantastic. The doctor went step by step to let me know what was going to happen. He was patient and then took the time to go over my medications and how to take them. I would recommend this office to any family member or friends
During the procedure Dr. Haidet found a crack in the tooth. He could have finished the root canal and not told me. However he stopped the procedure and gave me options for corrective action. No unnecessary work was done or charged for. His integrity made me smile!

I had a root canal done. I went quite well, Dr. Haidet did the procedure. He and his staff really care about their patients. The doctor and staff take great care at making the patient at ease and comfortable. I will recommend their practice to anyone who needs endodontic treatment.

Everyone was so friendly and so easy going. The work they did was great I even fell asleep for a little bit.
