I had a lot of drama with my lower right tooth which led to needing a root canal. The first dentist I went to didn’t properly perform the procedure, which left me in a ridiculous amount of pain for a little over a week. I was referred here by Modern Elevations Dentistry, and I’m so glad they did. The Endodontists here knew I was in a substantial amount of pain and made a special effort to get me in as soon as possible. If I had 2 more hands I’d give them 4 thumbs up :)

First of all, you have a great staff, especially your x-ray technician. When I said I was claustrophobic, she did her best to put me at ease. Dr. Susi explained my situation so I understood. I would highly recommend Columbus Endodontic.

Dr. Susi explained what he was going to attempt to do, the risks and the potential outcomes, both good and bad. As a patient, it was a relief to understand exactly what he was going to do and he was very communicative during the procedure. A little sore, as expected, but it was a very good experience.
Once I realized the hinges on my jaws would return to their original intended positions, and the gadgets were all removed the root canal experience was successfully completed. Seriously, all-in-all, Dr. Susi, thank you for completing my root canal and especially for the personal follow up call to check on how I was doing. That was a FIRST and it sincerely meant a lot. Was pleased with the root canal work. Dr. Haidet has a pleasant and friendly personality! His assistant was great as well! They both made me feel comfortable.
